Bookings: There are 3 ways that you can book.

1. Use our secure on-line booking system to book and pay in real time. You will receive an email confirmation and a reference number. We often have packages and lower prices on-line, so check this out first.

2. Within New Zealand, use our Free Phone 0800 807 836 to make your reservation.

3. If you have a booking enquiry, or want to make an email booking, complete the form below. Please check our Reservations and Cancellation Policy. We aim to respond to all internet booking enquiries within 24 hours.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation when you book through e-mail or use the Freephone we need a Credit Card number, but you will not be charged until you have taken up your accommodation with us. You can supply your Credit Card number by email, or call us on Freephone: 0800 807 836.

Cancellations If you book directly with us and cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival date, you will not be charged for accommodation but will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $20. If you fail to arrive, leave early or cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival date, then you will be charged in full for the first night of your booking.

Check-in and Check-out
You can check in any time after 3.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. If you require times outside of these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
